Boat Cruises Terms & Conditions
- Bookings are made online
- Indemnity forms must be signed before departure
- Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult
- No drones permitted
- No passengers will be allowed on board if payment has not been received on full
Right of Admission
Right of admission is reserved, and all passengers bear the sole risk of injury to their person or loss or damage to their property from whatsoever cause arising, and they acknowledge that they waive and abandon any claim or claims which they may have against the owners, master or crew of the vessel arising from any cause whatsoever including the negligent action or omission of the owners, master or crew of the vessel.
Damages and Respecting the Resident and Environment
- Tinkers Lakeside Lodge reserves the right to charge for pilferage or damage to the vessel and/or its equipment and instrumentation.
- All passengers, once aboard the vessel, fall under the direct authority of the Skipper and vessel owners and undertake to comply with any requests and/or instructions issued to them by such persons.
- Passengers undertake, at all times, to respect the environment and will not intentionally pollute, damage or otherwise harm the surrounding environment.
- Please note that this is a quiet and peaceful location cherished by the home owners around the dam. Please respect this by keeping noise levels low and refrain from disturbing the residents in any way whatsoever.
Delays in Trip Departure and Returns
- Guests who do not arrive on time will miss the cruise unless they have a private booking. However – the length of the cruise will be shorter as the boat will return at the normal time.
- Should there be a delay caused by the operator the boat will return later to make up for lost time or Tinkers will reschedule the cruise for a later date.
